We provided the client with a PDF draft for review and approval before proceeding with the complete manual.

We delivered the first draft completely free of charge.
We believe clients should have the opportunity to evaluate our work before committing to the full project.
The client can review the draft and decide whether the content, clarity, and design meet their expectations.
If they are satisfied, we can proceed with the complete manual. If they are not satisfied, they do not pay for the draft.
No payment is required for the initial draft.
What’s Next?
We have delivered the first draft and are awaiting the client’s feedback. Once the direction is approved, we can proceed with the complete refrigerator manual.
The collaboration is also expected to extend to additional appliance documentation, including user manuals and installation manuals for other products.
